Attendance of Practical Workshops

Practical workshops are open ONLY to health or exercise professionals. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact us [email protected]. Dr James McLoughlin reserves the right to deny access to practical workshops for any non-health or exercise professionals attempting to attend a workshop. Refunds will be subject to our standard cancellation policy terms (see below).

All content provided on practical workshops is provided pursuant to the above terms and conditions for content provided on In addition, Dr James McLLoghlin is unable to provide individualised personal advice regarding any participants health complaint within any course environment. Dr James McLoughlin does not accept any liability for any error or omission, injury, expense, loss or damage incurred by you or another party as a result of you using or relying on any information provided during the course of a practical workshop. All participants suffering with hip pain or other health conditions are urged to seek individualised advice from a qualified health care professional for diagnosis and management of any health conditions.

 

Participants attending a Dr James McLoughlin workshop must have current professional indemnity insurance, to cover any injury incurred by their actions with respect themselves or others on-course. Dr James McLoughlin does not accept any liability for any injury, expense, loss or damage incurred by you or another party as a result of attendance of a Dr James McLoughlin workshop.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

For courses booked and paid for on advancedneuroed.com

 

Deferring workshop attendance: If you are unable to attend a workshop which you have purchased, let us know as early as possible and you might like to defer the attendance to the following year. You will retain access to the online component for the standard length of time and will be provided access to this content again to review prior to the future workshop you attend.

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to workshop date: Full refund will be available if the participant has not accessed the online learning. If the online learning has been accessed, the listed price for the online learning course will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to the workshop date: 50% refund will be available if the participant has not accessed the online learning. If the online learning has been accessed, the listed price for the online learning course will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation within 7 days of the workshop: No refund is available for late cancellation, however access to the online learning component for the standard time period of time will continue.

Registration includes 3 months access to all online components.
